Custom Coolers?

has anyone on here made completely custom cooling systems, if so what basis did you design your cooler and what have been your results?

lol! toilet cooled PC? im not gonna ask, im still tempted to go watercooling to be honest and perhaps voltmod my 7600GTs see how much more i can get out of them, see if i can't reach 700 on the core and 900 on the memory
