custom data from website..What do i need to ask for??

Hi all.

My dad has an online shop and he was wondering if he can get the daily/monthly stats or orders from website and display them onto a monitor the the workers to see.
He has seen this done before in another company he use to work for they had a 42" tv showing all kinds of data from website like order status's.

but he is not sure what to ask for and who togo to, so i though is try and explain the best i can to you guys and hopefully someone could point me in the right direction.

Something like this would most likely do the job once you're familiar with how to set it up and design the reports you need.

Be careful with some open source solutions though as the open source version on some is just to hook you in and the useful features on some can only be had on the enterprise version which for some can then be quite pricey.
