Anyone make custom drivers anymore that are better that the standard ones from AMD/Nvidia?

I remember using Omega drivers back when i had my old 9600 Pro...and they did actually help out a lot,But it seems the main guy who made the Omega drivers no longer does them anymore.

So anyone know of anyone else that makes custom drivers?
