Custom Enthusiast PC Builders question

Hi guys, I'd like to get a custom loop personalised pc similar to those of xotic pc or viril1ty with hard tube watercooling etc. Is there any such builder in uk?

But overclockers doesn't do systems based on custom requests, they just sell their ready-made custom ones right?

I was inspired by a particularly beautiful build and i'd like to recreate something similar

you can make a shopping list and post it in customers services area, i dont think they can do whats in the the youtube exactly, but they can do custom water cooling
