The auxiliary light brackets on my bike keep snapping, presumably due to the vibration from the boxer engine. Clearly the Denali brackets aren’t up to scratch so I’d like to get some fabricated. I can’t find anything local. Is there an online retailer that will take the old bracket and make another pair out of something more robust? How much would be a good price for a pair made from stainless?

No experience myself but if you can model it in something like Fusion 360 you could send it to somewhere like: https://fractory.com/laser-cutting-service-uk/ Not sure if they will do the bending for you but it's one avenue.

You could maybe make something using some off the shelf right angle brackets and other bits.

Yeah came here to say if you can draw it yourself get Fractory or one of the other similar outfits to cut it for you.

For laser cut steel you just need to make a 2d cad drawing, i used some free one, libracad i think? But you do just get a box of laser cut bits so you'll need to weld/otherwise stick them together.

I have never dabbled with CAD, and normally I’d be up for giving it a go with the direction of Youtube videos and trial & error, but I’m time poor at the moment. Ideally I would send a bracket and within a week, my old bracket and two duplicates made in stainless would be returned. Are there any services like that, or is DIY design the only way?

If you want a less DIY approach, I used to race with Jamie who runs www.iconicengineeringsolutions.com and still see stuff from his business on Facebook, he is a biker himself and makes/sells various brackets for bikes. I would imagine his services will be too expensive for a one-off to be cost effective but if it’s a common enough problem that there will be others who’d want the same part then he’d probably work with you to develop something better.
