Custom gaming pc

Hi am considering building a new pc my budget would be £1000-£1500 maybe a bit more if it would be beneficial to the build if anyone can help me out way with some parts a should consider would be great my knowledge is limited so any advice would be very greatful I have an idea on how I would like it to look like I like the aio liquid cooler some nice rgb etc so if anyone has any recommendations would be helpful motherboards cpu and what power to put in thanks
