Hi, your post is a bit confusing as you don't usually spec a loop for a case but for the components you have. The only considerations for the case are will it fit 
In order to spec you a custom loop you should really provide a budget and what components you are going to be using
However I will assume you want to watercool a CPU and you are using the components in your signature and you want to keep costs low.
My basket at Overclockers UK:

This is a good starting point as it is a good price and you can add components on to it if necessary
