Custom Loop temps

Ok, i have a cpu only loop currently waiting on 980ti hopefully if not i may end up with a titan x

i have had my loop since about September and been happy with it although i am just wondering if my temps should be as high as they are

Specs are as follows
i7 5820k at 4.5GHz 1.35V
Asus x99 deluxe
16GB DDR4 Corsair Venegence LPX 2800
Loop
Raystorm block
XSPC D5 Photon 270 res combo
EK coolstream 480
corsair sp120 perf edition
19m/13mm tubing not that that make to much of a diff

my ambeint temps are between 17c - 22c
Fans are running at about 1200rpm

idle temps are 30c - 33c between cores
100% load temps are between 62c on coolest core and 69c on hottest

maybe im just mistaken but does that seem a bit to high ? i understand i have put quite a lot of voltage through the cpu but still don't explain how it is that high ?

Cores get hot at 1.35v, seems perfectly normal to me

Those are fine, lower than my CPU temps on a 2550K.

If you were to measure your coolant temp you'd see that it would be way lower than your CPU. Something about CPUs means that they are very inefficient at dissipating heat.
