Custom made desks?

Has anyone sketched a desk which they are looking for and have a company build it in a specific material?

I know that could be a little expensive but for what I'm looking for the only way to get it would have someone build it for me and I am no good at that sort of thing and want a top quality build and finish (high gloss)

any ideas? thanks

On this topic , I am looking to built a coffee table to house my computer stuff and I want it to be able to bring the top over my lap so I can lean back and play computer.

I was going to build my own, but I designed it up then decided against making it, and bought it as a modular kit thing from Argos, and it's works out seriously well! It's huge, very sturdy and I can't find any faults with it really.
