Custom MDF/Wooden Sign

Hey

Looking for a heads up i am wanting 4 or five of these made, all around 40cm in width and maybe one around 2ft in width

Where would you guys recommend? I have no idea what to look for or where

Perhaps even a member has the ability to create these?

Anywhere that makes stuff out of wood (shopfitters etc) will likely have a CNC that you can get that cut on. Do you have any maker spaces locally?

Could do it yourself with a router and jig.

From your image the bottom bit of the R isn't actually attached. Would you just want that connected to the bit above?

There's some bits that are going to be quite flimsy with a lot of weight on very thin joins. The top curve of the C for example is only attached by a thin bit quite low down. Might be best having it backed onto something rather than on it's own.

I don't think it'd be too difficult to do yourself out of MDF, hell you could even just use a jigsaw
