Just been trying out the new Movie Maker 2012, part of the new Windows Essentials, on W8RP and would like to create a custom overlay.
I found the following forum which explains how to do this and have got it working even though the instructions / files were intended for an earlier version.

However, what I can't figure out is how the xml template file controls the overlay image position?
Tried signing up to that forum but it won't send out a password to my registered email.
