Custom Phone Numbers

Anyone know how easy it is to get a custom phone number?

I've had a look at this site - http://www.metallicnumbers.com/default.php

It looks like it's going to be around £400-£800...

Yeah, eBay seems to be the way to go. Got a few bids on there now.
