Custom T-Shirt Websites?

I'm looking to get a custom printed t-shirt online using an image I have, but there are so many to choose from, zazzle looks pretty good, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience it or any other site?

Spreadshirt.co.uk or .net or whatever it is. Used them a couple of times.
Prices arnt to bad considering it's personal. Last purchase was £18 tshirt and £4 postage

Although I spent hours in Photoshop touching it up and removing the white background.

Its not done by transfers by spreadshirt, i'm pretty sure its done by some sort of printer

I take it the ones you print out on an inkjet havent changed any since I last played around with them and will still look awful after a couple of washes?

Well the one above is digital print (ink jet). It does say it fades in the wash, but I've yet to wash it.
