custom vista install

hi,

i have a hp laptop i need to reinstall vista on. i have the hp installation dvd. however i dont want to install vista with all the junk that comes with the hp laptop.

how can i make a clean vista install?

couldn't you simply borrow a standard vista instalation dvd and use you own code?
