Above is a link to a custom watercooling setup which i put together and below is going to be my new rig, could people help with compatibility and just tips on custom watercooling. This is my first time trying it out after owning the corsair h100i, I dont know much about manufactures of the products nor do i about fittings and so on.

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £1,718.03
(includes shipping: £12.60)

Honestly would not bother, The Corsair cooling is already so good your not going to see much benefit apart from a bigger e-pee.
From someone thats been there its a waste of time.

I can see what you mean, ill just have a look for some very nice all in ones which can be multiplied. Any recommendations?

Not sure what you mean by multiplying AIOs, but Fractal Design do AIOs that can be extended later on. It would help to know what you'd like to have under water. If it's just the CPU, then there's plenty of AIOs that will do, and I'd go with a Corsair one for their great warranty support.

I don't think your CPU & GPU choice really warrants full water cooling (though it depends on your intended use case), but if you're keen on doing a custom loop, you should know the MSI 1080 Sea Hawk is only £50 more than your 1070 - albeit you'd need to spend a lot more on the custom loop itself.
