It's most likely just a URL, so opens up IE(or what ever browser is set to default)
No not apps, just a shortcut using oblytile with the address for each site you want put in it.

oh right didn't think of that lol.
Decor8 looks like it has a bit more functionality! Very glad that software like this exists, I don't think I could deal with Metro otherwise
Would like one which allows spaces and doesn't auto shuffle things back together. But don't think decor does that?
Does it allow just one infinite column?

Wow, thanks for the posts so far guys - I'm really blown away by the new Windows - such an improvement! Best shortcuts so far for me is the <WINDOWS>+<X> shortcut and the fact you can fire up any application from the start screen by simply typing the name of the app!

I tried creating 30x30 png files for the small icon but still have the manky big border when zoomed out/searching, anyone know how to fix this?
