Hay all.

Got few bits of wood and some old table unit thing so i thought i will have mess about try making a pc case with it lol

I never made custom case before so probs wont be that good but it be fun

Still not sure where to put the Hard drive yet and still thinking final place for fans.

I be using a motherboard tray and back mounting plate from another old case.

Here some pics of design i will try to make .

Any advice is welcome.

Cheers.

I like... i like a lot - cant say much for its thermal performance, but I do want to see it if you get this built! Looks good for a laugh....

Hate fangrills... make it a clean opening, unless you've got small fingers and wonder what it feels like to stop a fan with one.

looks cool:)

you could cinsider moving them closer together and having 3 fans intaking on the front (120mm?) - also have you got a design looking from behind or the top? if you havnt already, you could consider fans on the top of the case and the back exausting air where the CPU will be.

will it have any colours?

Thanks for comments and advice :D

The crosses where the fans will be just for show i wont having them like it shows in the pics.

And where the sides are open that all be closed off so it be sealed like a box.

Yeah i was thinking putting fans on top as well and maybe now i think i will use a mini atx motherboard instead of full size one to give me more room.

I still think about changing where stuff going atm.

Thanks

My tip when designing something like this is to think what the thing would look like with all the cables in place, and position things like the psu and drives with a view to easy cable management and ease of plugging things in. Looking at your sketch there doesn't seem to be that much space to get your hands in to work your cabes. Also, that corner where the psu is seems to be relying on the psu as a support. That is a bad idea imo, you should at least have some kind of post to support that corner.
