Heys guys. I've been thinking about messing about with my oldish system just for fun and experience.
I have a power supply in there atm but when I put all the bits into a new case I'd need to buy several extention cables. So I thought about makeing all the cables a custom length by adding/removing new wire and soldering onto the old, maybe even braid as I went.
Is there any reason not to do this? I do realise it would take ages, but as I say its just for ***** and giggles.
And if I do what wire do I need for the psu/fan cables?
