I cant say how happy I am with the customer service I have received from Overclockers, they have helped me with my technical issue with my 5870 graphics card, they have been very patient while i worked with sapphire tech support to try and fix it and the testing and replacement has been really fast, i got a note just now that its been shipped out for delivery tomorrow, hopefully this one will work :)

just made my first order and within like 12hours it was delivered!
so far so good, need to wait til i get my hands on it though :(
 
have they always called us Sir or Madam ? or is a new thing ?
i felt quite important yesterday on the phone to tech support
 
When buying hardware at the high end of things that cost so much it is really great that you can get excellent support and assistance when you need it, not stuck on the phone waiting for some automated system to pickup the call it is always an extra inducement to purchase when you know that your going to get good support.
