Customer Service Forum

[Overrated]

I realise this is probably not the best place for this, however, I'm not sure where else to put it.

I am wondering how long the usual response is when posting in the customer service forums, as I have had an open thread since last Thursday afternoon with no response.

I have always had very good and prompt customer service from Overclockers, so I am hoping my thread has just been overlooked. Can anyone share their experience?
