There are a few things that reallt bug me about windows 7, im sure there are fixes so if someone could enlighten me i'd be most grateful.

1) Docked icons, on XP when running MSN or something if you closed it it "docked" over to the right hand side, on 7 it annoyingly stays as a large bar on the bottom - how do i dock it out the way??

2) Show desktop - is there a way of moving it back to where it belongs, on the left!!

There are many others, i like 7, but i like XP too and want some things the way they were!

How-to:

1) Go to your MSN folder. It’s usually located at: C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Messenger

2) Right click msnmsgr.exe and select Properties

3) Select the Compatibility tab at the top.

4) Check Run this program in compatibility mode for: and select Windows Vista from the drop-down menu

5) Click Apply, then OK, and you’re finished

Everyone I've seen use W7 has encountered these same problems.
MSN, Taskbar Pinning, Taskbar Labels. That thing about dragging windows side by side when using 2 screens...

hard to believe they didn't pick up on those in testing

They like to change things though, its seen as "progress" even though nobody wanted said progress!!

The OS is good (apart from problem with v.old apps not running under 64bit) but the look and feel needs work - its too mac like, all show and no go!
