Customs form

I need to return a few clothing items to Australia, want to fill out a customs form before I go to the post office.

Not a clue how though.

1) Tick the, Other box?
2) Would I put the; Item name, weight, value. In the first box or the bit where it says commercial items only? Presumably the first one?

Yup, tick other, in the description state the items are being returned to the supplier as well as what they are, include weight and value. Don't worry about the tarriff code or the country of origin.
