Customs / vat rate for book?

Does anyone know what the customs and vat rates are for importing books? Can't find it on any government website because they are so badly designed.

Zero, Books are tax exempt, both import duty and VAT.

Yeah, the official site is an absolute disgrace. Might be better off just calling them and asking.

If you were a business you would get the vat refunded anyway.
