I keep losing the ability to use cut and paste. Sometimes wen I press Ctrl-C then Ctrl-V or try to do it using the menu option nothing happens. If I then do a restart it works again. It's just happened twice in the past 30 mins and it's a tad annoying. Anyone else had the same problem or know how I can cure it?

What are you copying into the clipbook? Text? Pictures? I've never had a problem like this before tbh. And what application is this? Word? IE? It could be a problem with that particular application/program rather than Windows itself.
