Cut-off time?

Hello there,

Just a quick question, does anyone know the cut-off time? I made an order today at 1:39 and it still hasn't been shipped and as it's 17:40. Just wondered if anyone knows if it is likely to be shipped today?

As it's past 5:30 I can't phone them either.

Normally the cut off is 5pm, but they have been having trouble for a little while with deliveries.
My last 2 orders (one last week, the other the week before) have been delayed by a day due to the sheer volume of orders.

Cut off is 4pm so your well within time limit.

Are all the items in stock?

Yes everything was in-stock. I even phoned at around 4:30 to confirm if it will be shipped today and was told yes it was in the warehouse queue. It's now 18:30 so I doubt it will be sent today now..
