Seen this story on Sky news about 10 mins ago and thought i look it up more.

Seems pretty good. You wont even have to go to the off-licence to buy booze any more if the case is passed in court this week, wednesday i believe.
'The potential savings are huge: 200 cigarettes purchased in Latvia cost only £7.20, a saving of about £43, while several European countries charge no duty on wine.'
Now they just need to do this with PC hardware but from the USA and Japan.
