Cut reverse camera loom

friend of mine has cut the reverse camera loom wire from his vechile

hes crimped the wires together but is unsure of how to reconnect the coaxil type wires as they are so small, im thinking solder together but is there something better?

I'd just solder them personally, although this does need care because the heat can easily melt back some of the insulation.

Alternatively buy a male and female RCA connector and solder or crimp one on each end to then be able to just plug them together.

Better to solder all the wires and use heat shrink connectors to seal the joints.

This. Plus buy some fabric loom tape to re-tape the join. Then it won’t cause vibration against the bodywork.
