Cute FTP : Auto connect to site on startup?

Hi,

When I click on my desktop icon for Cute FTP 8.0, I want it to connect automatically to my server listed in my site manager without me having to select it and click the connect icon.

I had this set a while back but since I've updated CuteFTP, I can't seem to find the setting to change so that this happens?.

CuteFTP can do it too, I just canny remember how!!!.

Been using CuteFTP for years, so would prefer to stick with it.
