Doing out my cv as its been 3 years since iv touched it its got mainly school and my training information on it still iv started from scratch but im struggling somewhat.

Im still an apprentice until i complete this coming year and my personal statement about myself isn't coming to my head properly. I don't want to give a wrong impression on the go mark for anyone reading my cv.

"• I have 4 years of training in electrical engineering and controls and instrumentation, A strong passion to get the job done on time and safely."

Doesn't sound right to me.. Any advice and help is much appreciated

In terms of layout; there are guides aplenty on the interwebs.

Some "adjectives" maybe:

"safety conscious customer focused" trainee(?) electical engineer specialising in controls and instrumentation. After four years training is seeking permanent employment
in (insert area going for) to build on previous experience.

Not really my area; i hate this whole business; going throu it myself :/

Appreciated, Im currently seeking to finish out my apprenticeship though so could i alter it to say seeking to finish my modern apprenticeship and permanent employment? Not sure how to word it.. I hate CV's

"• I have 4 years of training in electrical engineering and controls and instrumentation said:
4 years electrical engineering training including / consisting of controls and instrumentation.

Not sure what relevance the second part of that sentence has? A strong passion doesn't really make sense, can you have a moderate passion for something?

I think you're better off getting the main chunk of your CV up here so people can have a gander and help with the structuring / layout / content. The flow of a CV is just as important as the content sometimes - no point having amazing things to say at random or irrelevant points, it will just leave the reader confused and unwilling to to find out more about you.

Im just finishing up what i can for now and ill remove any personal info and post it up here for some suggestions and were i can improve on it
