Just re-writing my CV at the moment and have got to the employment section. I've been following some CV writing guides, however there is a bit of discrepancy on whether or not you put you reason for leaving in or not?

What do you guys do?

I wouldn't include it. They may well ask in the interview what the reason for leaving/wanting to leave your last job was.

No sweat, I might be able to find a guide for that sort of stuff I shall have a try myself at somepoint. Cheers for offering though.

Ok heres the finished result, c+c would be great, its been done as a general CV for monster and the like.

first thing I've noticed is that i have put the location of my first 2 jobs, thats now changed.

I personally would make my other skills shorter and mention more about your previous jobs, especially the newest ones.

Oh and remove references just put available on request, this will give you more space for important stuff without it looking cluttered.

I too believe that you shouldn't divulge your references in your CV. Should an employer need to see references, they will ask for them at a later date.
