More feedback

• Extremely computer literate
(Says who and what are you literate about? I'd dump this if I was you unless the job only requires a low level of IT literacy)
• Knowledgeable of computer systems (Hardware & Software)
(Which systems and what knowledge do you hold? Is it integration, maintainance, what?)
• Database driven systems
(Which ones and what can you do with them? DBA basic construction or user?)
• Good Web-Design skills using HTML/XHTML/CSS/PHP & SQL
I'd just put something like Practical commercial usage of balh, blah, blah
• Basic Programming with VB / C++
• High standards of Network Technology
(Which technology?)
• Very good communication skills
(Fine)
• Excellent team player & individual
(Fine)
• High confidence in Fault finding and problem solving
(What kind of fault and how? Is it general business problems or are we talking IT specific with regards to maintainance?)

Have to home now, the clock says 5.

Nice one :)

Ok, so what would i need to put next to them? how i achieved it as a skill? in the shortest way possible? because the only way i have achieved them is through university, exept for

As i learnt this myself

and

• Practical commercial usage of HTML/XHTML/CSS/PHP & SQL

which the PHP/SQL bit i learnt myself.

Here is my previous employment

Norfolk Fresh Produce

Role/Responsibilities:
I was employed for Norfolk fresh produce as part of an I.T consultant on an “as and when basis”, I provided first hand I.T advice and support to staff at Norfolk fresh working from home. I also assisted in the maintaining of the company website, making some design changes, adding new features including a small SQL driven database with search feature ( I DIDNT ACTUALLY DO THE SQL BIT, BUT HAVE LEARNT IT AND IMPLEMENTED IT AS PART OF PROJECT SO I LIED A LITTLE)

, updating and changing of the content to keep the website up to date. I left the company in 01/2006 under the circumstances that the company went into receivership.

Do you think i should add how i achieved the skills if not already mentioned through previous job's.

Also i have listed the modules i took in my education.

I dont really know, i have been trained in a number of different area's and at the moment i am just looking to get my foot in the door, so i would be happy with:

Technician providing first hand Hardware/Software/Network support

Network technician/Admin

Web-designer, developer

then look to progress once im in with a company.

I cant just say im applying for blah blah blah job because its more than likely ill have to work my way up the ladder seeing as i dont have a lot of hands on experience.
