Well, looking to get a simple parttime job (work around college and such) and have never actually done a CV...

Been looking at a few sites/templates and it all seems..rather simple *fill in the sections with relative information*.

Wondering if anyone had any good templates I could base one on, or any overall tips. Should I make my cv as best as possible, even though its *for now* only for a part time after college job..

Cheers

Yes lots of other people want jobs too and making a good one now makes it easier to edit later on. Try to stay away form MS templates and others stick with the general titles but using templets put employers off.

As said above^^ its not a very good idea to use a template.

IMO, best thing to do would be to have a look at examples/templates, and then come up with your own one. Make it look clean and professional.

Edit:
If you make your CV as best as possible for now, you can always add more information/qualifications as you go along. If you come up with a better layout or something, then you could quite easily transfer all the information on the existing one, to the new one.
