Cv writing?

I want to completely re-write my cv. However I'm not good at these things. What sites/books do you use as a reference on what should and shouldn't be included and how it should be written/presented?

Has anyone used a professional to write there cv for them?

Why not post your CV (except the personal details ofc) then we at least have somewhere to start?

Whilst I would consider myself stronger in the grammar area than layout, a quick check through some of my previous posts might show it often gets sacrificed for brevity and swiftness!

Those CV re-writers must make a mint, I was reading they can charge a small fortune for a re-written CV. Good luck with the search!
