CxVCap, Video Capture Driver - How do I uninstall it?

Am trying to upgrade my current Windows 7 build to 7077.

When going through the setup, it reports:

The following issues are preventing Windows from upgrading. Cancel the upgrade, complete each task, and then restart the upgrade to continue.

• 
  [*]For these items, make the following changes:

• Uninstall these programs. Open Control Panel and search for "uninstall a program".

    [*]CxVCap, Video Capture Driver

Now, I have nothing in device manager, nothing in Add/Remove and cannot find such a file on the Hard drive.

Any ideas please?
