hi, i used to use cyberghost for vpn a year ago on windows 7 with no problems. recently upgraded to w10 and now cant get it to complete its install. cyberghost installation runs but then it hangs and fails with the message 'TAP - windows 9.9.2 setup..... an error occurred installing the TAP device driver'. i have searched online and all i can find tells me it can relate to a previous install of another VPN provider like hotspot shield (which i tried a few weeks ago). have deleted and cleaned with ccleaner but stil cant load cyberghost. strangely, when i check my network connections no VPN connection is shown (im sure i remember prior to this prob my connections showed a TAP vpn connection in my connections map). any advice of what if anything i can do?
