No idea. I did read something about a fuss over how nearly all content in the game is in first person. This includes cut scenes of a sexual nature. So, some, maybe?

During the 15 minutes i watched of a stream earlier i was greeted with a set of teddies and a groin goatee although to be fair that was another characters and not the players. I could've just been lucky/unlucky i guess?!

So there is no patch that has 40GB+, there are only 3GB for steam and less than 1Gb for GOG players.

Quite possibly because the STEAM/GOG version already preloaded the patch as part of the preload and the few GB left is just to get it all unlocked/last minute patches?

On PC, (1AM CET) GOG players will have to download a few hundreds mb while for Steam/Epic gamers it will be around 2-3 gigs.
