i wonder if the steam version has the day one patch integrated in the preload

i bet come midnight even if you preload probably cant play for ages while it downloads 45gb+

my mates got it on gog and hes got the patch but i dont seem to have downloaded anything new since the preload 2 days ago

Think they said 2-3 GB on steam at midnight, wont take long to download a couple gig

I don't seem to need one. Hopefully it's for me?!

Close GOG, reopen, right click CP2077 and choose update. 9.7GB download.

Hmm, steam now says cyberpunk pre load is not installed.

Folder in steam app shows 0 bytes in size but the hard drive space has has not come back, wtf,

NVM, it must have put it in swap folder locations as now downloading reading 4Gb remaining for the patch.

It depends when you downloaded the game. If you got it early then it needed the recent 9.7GB patch. If it was downloaded in the last few hours then the patch is already rolled in.
