What do you use if any?

I have downloaded Cycle Meter, I went for the one off paid for version, it looks like you get a lot for your money. I have tried it briefly but intend on giving it a serious try over the next few weeks.

I have also joined My Virtual Mission - I signed up for free and was offered 50% off joining for the paid version which I did as it was under a fiver. I like the idea of setting myself a target to help keep me focused on getting fitter.

Was hoping that the app would track your mileage but sadly you have to manually enter the details as you complete them

I had a look at Strava but it felt and looked cheap and nasty, all I could see were routes people were sharing in Eastern Europe.

I use MapMyRide, which is free.. Only to track the route, total distance, total elevation and average speed, but I don't really need it for more, although it has other functionality I haven't gone into yet :)

Been using a Moov for a while, you can wear it on your leg to track cadence, speed elevation and has mapping.
recently they've added it to work with Strava and MyMapFitness.

I started out using MapMyRide buy switched to Strava.

It's better at everything apart from the route planner, which is utter poop for anything other than road routes unfortunately.

Mapmyride works well off piste, strava doesn't seem to understand that you can ride off road, and spazez out. Strava is basically a roadie/lycra app ;)

what is the Strava off-road limitation ? it has off-road bike and run routes

I am liking the selection of routes, but seems I need to be premium/trial before it will let me download any gpx, or, create a shortlist could not see any pdf doc either.
(for run/bike currently using sporttracker&endomondo+BT HR strap on a phone, which eats the battery)
