Cystic Fibrosis

Hey, a great cause, I will donate next payday as have already donated £160 this month to CF Trust, as my best pal Mike ran the London Marathon and he suffers from CF. He was lucky to have had a heart and double lung transplant 5yrs ago. With the money CF Trust receives he was able to have this op. So I always donate or raise money for CF Trust so that future transplants can go ahead for other sufferers.

At this rate, your friend's baby will lead a relatively normal life.
Life expectancy is nearly 40 years old.
40 years ago, the same life expectancy was nearer 10 years old.
Donations really do help, there have been fantastic developments recently, and gene therapy first stage trials are well underway.

A friend's daughter has it - back on the island, we held lots of fundraising activities for CF. I did the Mongol Rally to raise money for CF, and we raised £15,000
