D-Link DIR-655 Schedule Bug Help Please

I’m using a DIR-655 but I never seem to get the schedules to work correctly they fail to work at the times set, I have seen a few threads on the web with reports of funny problem with the schedules on the DIR-655 the questions are is there a fix for this or indeed a better 3rd party firmware available I’m currently using firmware version 1.11EU
The hardware version is A3. I did find a firmware version dir655_firmware_130.bin, but not sure if it’s a beta or whatever, the latest D-Link firmware is DIR655A4_FW121EUb05.bin which enables the Share Port USB Utility, which I'm not bothered with that at the moment.
D-Link technical just tell me to reset the router and put all the settings back in so to humour them I did that still the same.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi thanks for the reply when you use the schedules in conjunction with the Access Control using a MAC address to block a computer on the network for say an hour a day it worked once now seems to deny all access unless you disable it on the Access Control Page, then the blocked computer works, if you then tick to enable it still works but this time it don’t block (the clock is accurate) basically you have to keep doing it manually.
Not sure what the ntp server setup is not using that
