Hi all,
Got this modem thursday and it's been fine, much better than my netgear but all of a sudden yesterday it's stopped connecting to the internet.The little netowrk logo in the bottom right of my screen is on 'limited connectivity'. All the lights that should be on, are on. When i try and do the quick install it says 'modem not detected'. I tried logging into my router to my router but no luck also.
I know my internet is working because when i switch back to my old netgear it connects fine.
After having a quick look around the net it seems i'm not the only one with the problem but can't find any solutions, anyone else had a similar experiance and managed to fix it?
