I just watched this movie last night and it's the first time I have watched a film in a while that made me think.... wow. I particularly like films with strong soundtracks and I found one of the main tracks in this really nice. Linked below. This film was really nicely shot. Minimal dialogue. A lot of emotion. Great cinematogrophy. I'm a fuss pot with films but this was something fresh. I'd recommend you give it a go, it comes out for release I think today on bluray.

I found this to be really overrated too.

The trailer made it out to be a none stop action film. The violence was pretty good but Gosling and Mulligan had no chemistry whatsoever and their conversations (or lack of) was so awkward to watch. Found it to be a real disappointment.

Ah see that's why I like watching films where I have not seen the trailer or heard much about it at all so I have zero expectations. I like to watch a lot of films like that, simply that I have "heard of". I never read what they are about and just watch it. Off to find the thread about the film now.
