D2 CD Key shop - help!

I bought some keys off an online cd key shop last year, unfortunately i cant remember where i bought these and havent kept a note of the keys, my only search on here has shown it was someplace called D2, but google cant find it.

Any help reminding me where it was?

seriously, never guy from g2play. My friend bought left 4 dead and it worked fine so he went back to buy half life collection and the cd key was in use. He emailed them and they said give us your steam details and we'll activate it for you. Conmen.

d2cd shop doesnt exist anymore, it shut down.

AFAIK no-one sells legitimate CD keys as the publishers do not sell them so its most likely a scam. If you find a website like that email the publisher before buying as someone did this last year when Capcom games cd-keys were cheap but Capcom got the site shutdown as it was illegal. Most use key generators which may let you login once but once detected they revoke the key as it trips a flag somewhere in the key database.

Don't buy from cdkey-game.com either. They only sell used/keygen keys as I found out the hard way. Can't believe they are still in business.

??? lots of them sell legitimate keys, they get them from russia/thailand etc where the games cost $10 for brand new originals. if they used keygens then they wouldn't work online at all and most would end with RLD or 1911. i have no problems with buying steam keys or keys for EA downloader, its just when people start buying cheap keys for games with no legit digital download option so they're just downloading the warez version and using the key

Could d2 be direct2drive.com? I usually abbreviate it d2d. Though they sell full games, not just keys.

no they don't a keygen key will not work once in any game that uses an online system except in the extremely unlikely chance they manage to produce a genuine in production key.

They mainly get them from production lines/foreign regions.
