Ever since I upgraded to Win10, the Xonar D2X audio centre hasn't worked properly in Windows. None of the drop down menus have any info on them.

I still get sound, but none of the options that come with the card.

So I asked Asus for a solution. Their tech support lad said the card isn't compatible with Win 10 and as such, they don't provide support for it.

Meh. Anyone got any ideas which cards worth with it?

Asus said that about windows 8 too

They suck at updating drivers in a timely fashion too. Between creative and Asus I think they want to kill pc audio off :)

I noticed that W10 drivers for the STX have recently appeared so maybe there will be some for the D2X in the near future too.

IF I remember correctly I sold my D2X becuase i couldn't be bothered to wait for win 8 drivers after asus support told me it was not supported....

Then sure enough they came out not that i regret it as the d2x was rubbish for my senns anyway

Asus dont even have proper drivers for their phoebus cards yet let alone owt else!!
Something to do with waiting on cmedia (think its them) to provide a new driver before they will issue a full win10 package.

Loads of peeps complaining on rog forums about it.
