Hi, recently did a clean install of Windows 7 and now anytime I try to launch this wee gem of a program I get the spinning reticule for a few seconds and then... nothing. The icon doesn't appear in the notification tray and nor does the GUI appear. When I load up task manager it appears to be running, but I cannot figure out what is stopping it from launching. I have tried various things, such as running as administrator, changing compatibility mode, but they all seem to give the same result.

Any ideas?
