D5 Dual Top?

Hi all,

I am re-designing my loop and would like to add another D5 pump in the loop. I have decided to go with a single loop as from what I have been reading, single loop will be fine for what I am doing.

I have CPU block and 2 x GTX680 blocks. 3 x EK CoolStream RAD XTX 360 radiators so I feel that two pumps would be best and also offer redundancy if the other pump somehow fails.

I have been looking for a D5 Dual top. I am a fan of EK products and have seen the top I want, but it has been discontinued. The newer EK Dual top is for a dual loop system and I am not sure if it can be made to work with one loop and have the pumps in serial. Also, I am not sure if the newer one allows be to attach a res directly onto the top like the previous version does.

Your thoughts please.

EK DO make a single loop dual D5 CSQ top, then run around £50, but they do exist

afaik they come with a bracket so you can hang it in a 5.25 bay too.
