So after a long long time my D5 (Swiftech mcp655) pump is on its way out. It started to make a very loud noise, so I took it apart and gave it a good clean. It appears that the plastic part of the impeller that sits on the white acrylic is wearing out.
After filling they system back up it is a bit better now, and the sound comes and goes, but that's not going to last long I guess.
I've had a look around but can't see anywhere to buy an impeller. Is it possible to get one? I'm very short on funds at the minute so can't buy a full new pump right now.
