Got a new D600 as a free upgrade. I'm trying to transferr all my contacts and SMS's from my D500 to the D600. I have exported my these items as csv files from EasyStudio. I load up the software that came with the D600 (PC Studio 3) and see an iotem on the dashboard to "manage contacts and more" (or along these lines). I click this an get the following errors (i have tried downloadiong the version from the samsung site and get the same errors):
