Dab autotune when travelling

Hi

I am looking for a dab that will autotune when travelling

For example when listening to capital I would love it to autotune to next capital station when current one looses signal rather that having to stop and scan it's very distracting etc

Is this or anything like it possible

Every in car DAB I've used does this automatically...

I have the sonichi s100 and when out of range it goes to tuning then unavailable and I have to do a full scan
