DAB station has moved - how do I get it back?

My mum's got a Denon DAB tuner and Kerrang radio seems to have moved, there apparently was a message about updating or retuning to get it, but she can't work it out and I've had a look but I can't do it either.

What's happened? I'm completely clueless about DAB and can't find anything on the Denon website... how do I get her Kerrang back? She's currently going insane and ranting about how much she hates Christian O'Connell and Absolute Radio, so any help would be appreciated!

If it matters, it's a mini system and it's an RCD-M35 DAB

She's pretty rad. I've done a retune and a reinitialise but it's not worked, all the other stations seem to be there but where Kerrang was, it just says MOVED

Does this help at all? Apparently the (11C) is the DAB channel, I've not got a DAB radio to check though.

Instructions on retuning DAB are on page 15. I guess you've already tried that though but posting it just in case.

Cheers chaps, got there in the end. Moved the aerial around and rescanned again and it found another 11 stations including Kerrang. She's happy now.
